First day of weight lifting, more running tomorrow, and it, well, hurts, but definitely in a good way. Now, look, I know you are supposed to do 3 sets of so many reps, and I will start doing that, but I just need to start by getting a feel for the whole weight lifting thing again, because I have not done it in a very very long time.

Overheard Triceps Extension 1 set of 15
Leg Curls 20lb. 1 set of 15

Neglected to do any crunches in warm up, silly me
